Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased on thedermboutique.com or lakewaydermatology.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the cost of the item(s)*. Shipping fees will be refunded only on orders that the original item(s) were damaged. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.

* The item must contain at least 3/4 of the original product. We cannot accept returns on GloMinerals products.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. We cannot accept any return without prior authorization. To obtain authorization for a refund, please call 512-263-0057. If returning merchandise, you must include all parts, pieces, and printed material in order to be eligible for a refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of The Derm Boutique.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be billed for a cancelled or missed appointment. When possible, we prefer that you cancel your appointments at least 2 business days in advance to allow for other patients to be scheduled for those times.

If your order for products is cancelled prior to shipment, you will not be billed and your order will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to our Returns and Refunds policy above.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
